About
Dr. Kaiwan M. Randeria
Orthopaedic Care Rooted in Skill, Honesty, and Patient Understanding
Dr. Kaiwan M. Randeria is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in Mumbai with expertise in joint replacement, spine care, trauma surgery, arthroscopy, sports injuries, paediatric fractures, and general orthopaedics.
His journey into orthopaedics began with a deep interest in how movement shapes a person’s quality of life. A painful knee, a fractured bone, a spine-related concern, or a sports injury can affect far more than the body. It can affect independence, confidence, work, family life, and the ability to do everyday things comfortably.
For Dr. Kaiwan, orthopaedic care is not just about treating an X-ray, MRI, or report. It is about understanding the person behind the condition and helping them return to the life they want to live.
His practice is guided by clarity, ethics, evidence-based treatment, and a genuine commitment to long-term patient outcomes.

Treatment Philosophy
Treating People, Not Just Reports
Dr. Kaiwan believes that every patient deserves to be heard clearly before treatment begins.
His approach is based on understanding the patient’s pain, lifestyle, expectations, concerns, and long-term goals. Treatment decisions are explained in simple language, so patients and families can understand the condition, available options, and expected recovery journey.
Wherever possible, Dr. Kaiwan believes in beginning with conservative and non-surgical treatment. Surgery is advised when it is necessary, appropriate, and likely to offer meaningful improvement in pain, movement, function, or quality of life.
His care philosophy is built on:
The goal is simple — to help patients move better, recover with confidence, and return to the life they want to live.

Compassion before everything else

Honest and transparent communication

Ethical, evidence-based medical practice

Respect for every patient’s concerns and goals

Patient education and shared decision-making

Long-term recovery, not just short-term symptom relief
